Darin E. Jackson, MD
Dr. Darin E. Jackson is a board-certified physician and leading provider of hormone replacement therapy in Omaha, Nebraska, specializing in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), testosterone therapy (TRT), medical weight loss, and peptide therapy. With a distinguished background in emergency medicine and a passion for helping patients optimize their health, Dr. Jackson combines clinical expertise with a results-driven, patient-centered approach.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1994 and completed his residency in emergency medicine at Darnall Army Community Hospital in Fort Hood, Texas in 1997. Dr. Jackson proudly served in the United States Army from 1994 to 2005, including deployments to Bosnia and Iraq. He was awarded the Combat Medical Badge and the Bronze Star for treating patients while taking fire in Iraq. His remarkable service in the combat zone is a testament to his dedication, leadership, bravery, and dedication to excellence under pressure.
After returning to Nebraska, Dr. Jackson practiced emergency medicine in Omaha and Lincoln for over 15 years. His personal experience with testosterone pellet therapy in 2013 became a pivotal moment—demonstrating firsthand the powerful impact that optimized hormones, metabolic health, and body composition can have on overall well-being. This experience led him to transition his focus entirely to hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and preventative wellness care.
Today, as the medical director of 88 MED in Omaha, Dr. Jackson provides advanced, personalized care for both men and women. His services include BHRT for women; testosterone therapy for men (Low T treatment); medically supervised weight loss programs (including semaglutide and tirzepatide); and cutting-edge peptide therapy designed to improve energy, recovery, fat loss, and overall performance.
Dr. Jackson completed advanced training and certification in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy through Worldlink Medical under the mentorship of internationally recognized hormone expert Dr. Neal Rouzier. He is also a certified provider within the BioTE® physician network, further strengthening his expertise in pellet therapy and hormone optimization. In 2019, he completed certification in peptide therapy through the Age Management Medicine Group (AMMG).

Rebecca Jackson, fondly known as Becci, serves as the office manager at 88 MED in Omaha, Nebraska, where she plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional patient experience in hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and peptide therapy. She has been married to Dr. Darin E. Jackson since 1997, and together they have built both a family and a shared passion for helping others achieve better health and wellness.
Becci earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education from the University of Nebraska–Omaha and spent five years teaching before dedicating herself full-time to raising their three sons—Blake, Bryce, and Benjamin. Her background in education is evident in her ability to connect with patients, explain complex concepts clearly, and provide a supportive, welcoming environment.
Her journey into bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) began with curiosity and a bit of skepticism after learning more about hormone optimization. After experiencing the life-changing benefits firsthand—including improvements in energy, mood, and overall well-being—Becci became a passionate advocate for hormone balance and wellness care.
In 2015, she stepped into a leadership role when Dr. Jackson founded Prestige Medical Rejuvenation Center, which later evolved into 88 MED Omaha. Since then, Becci has been instrumental in the growth and success of the practice, helping guide patients through services such as BHRT, testosterone therapy support, medically supervised weight loss programs, and peptide therapy treatments.
Known for her warm personality, energy, and genuine care for others, Becci is often the first point of contact for patients. She is dedicated to answering questions, easing concerns, and ensuring every patient feels comfortable and confident throughout their journey. Her mission is simple: to help every patient feel welcomed, supported, and empowered as they work toward a healthier, happier life.
